SUMMARY: We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service.

QUALIFICATION:

• Experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably in a salon or spa

• Good communication skills

• Friendly and a positive demeanor

• Bilingual in Vietnamese is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service

• Greet clients and create a positive first impression

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

• Provide information about our services and pricing

• Process payments and manage the cash register

• Coordinate with staff for smooth operations
